Before packing your bags and heading towards our hotel in Val di Non, we recommend reading the useful information below. We are happy to make your holidays in Val di Non as easy as possible – right from the start. See you soon!
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in from 1:00 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m. Checkout by 10:00 a.m.
Late Check-out
If desired, you can enjoy your room until the late afternoon of the day of departure at a fee of 20.00 € per room (on request and subject to availability).
If you would like to use the Le Maddalene wellness centre after 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, we will charge 22.00 € per person.
We will be happy to store your luggage at the reception until your departure.
Supplements and reductions
- Double room for single use supplement: +18.00 € per night
- 15,00 € supplement per person for short stays of 1 night
- 10% discount for adults in the 3rd bed
- 10% discount for adults in the 4th bed
Discount for children staying in the room with 2 adults
- 10,00 € per night for children up to 1.99 years
- 50% discount for children from 2 to 5.99 years
- 30% discount for children from 6,99 to 12 years
Four-legged friends
Pets are welcome in our hotel!
At an extra charge of 12,00 € per night. Please note that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant and in the wellness centre.
Booking confirmation
To confirm the reservation we require the payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit by bank transfer or by sending us the data of your credit card.
Cancellation policy
In the event of non-compliance with the binding reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, we charge only the deposit, which you can use for another stay;
- For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, in addition to the deposit, we charge at least one third of the nights booked at a cost of 20,00 € each;
- Non-arrival: We unfortunately have to charge the total price of your stay incl. half board;
- Late arrival or early departure: We charge 20,00 € per person and night, for each night reserved but not spent at the hotel.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of 2,50 € per person and night is not included in the price. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. The tax will not be charged after the 11th day.
Transfer service
We also offer a transfer service to our guests upon request.
